TIMED ENTRY POLICY:
Tickets are valid for date and check-in time selected at time of purchase. Based on time selected, tickets will scan up to 15-minutes early and one-hour after the check-in time selected.

TICKET CHANGE POLICY:
Ticket changes may be made up to 24-hours in advance of your scheduled visit and are subject to $10.00 processing fee per occurrence. No changes, vouchers, or refunds are provided for no-shows and/or date change requests submitted after scheduled visit was to occur. There is no guarantee of availability for date or time changes, as only the date and time reserved at time of purchase are guaranteed. Additional costs apply for dates with higher ticket prices. No refund or credit is given for changes from dates with higher prices to dates with lower prices.
Once inside, guests can stay and play until closing time.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY:
You are purchasing tickets for an event held outdoors that will take place rain-or-shine. Depending on the severity of the weather, some animals may need to take shelter for their comfort and safety. In very rare cases, severe weather may force us to close the Farm. Rain checks will be issued only when the Farm closes for the day. If you would like to change your reservation, then refer to Ticket Change Policy above and follow instructions to make changed to order as provided in the email provided with your confirmation.

REFUND POLICY:
All purchases are final - No refunds.
Failure to redeem tickets and/or complete visit as scheduled, for any reason, is considered a no-show and full forfeiture of tickets and services rendered.

CLOSURE POLICY:
Should Packer Orchards and Farm Place be forced to cancel, for any reason, including weather, then a ticket voucher will be issued to the purchaser which may be used towards a future visit during the same season.

COMMUNICATION POLICY:
By completing a purchase, I allow Lucky Ladd Farms to email or occasionally text me with information about this or upcoming events. I understand that I can opt out at any time.
On occasion Packer Orchards will photograph or take video of visitors for educational or promotional purposes. Entry to Packer Orchards grants full permission for the use of these images without notification or compensation.


I agree to follow all rules and policies put in place by Packer Orchards. I understand that failure to follow these rules may result in injury and/or being asked to leave the premises.

Capacity is limited and tickets must be purchased online, in advance. All ticket sales are final, no refunds will be allowed.

I understand that I am able to edit my own ticket so long as the change is made more that 24 hours in advance. No same day or past day ticket edit is allowed.

I agree to follow all current State of Oregon rules and regulations regarding mask usage and social distancing.

I understand that this is an outdoor event and weather can be unpredictable. Packer Orchards will make updates on their website and Facebook page if a weather related closure occurs.

I understand that no pets are allowed at Packer Orchards and animals should NOT be kept in your car in the parking lot.

OREGON AGRITOURISM LIABILITY ACT
*I understand that under Oregon law, there is no liability for an injury to or the death of a participant in an agri-tourism activity conducted at this agri-tourism location if the injury or death results from the inherent risks of the agri-tourism activity. Inherent risks of agri-tourism activities are risks of injury inherent to land, equipment and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agri-tourism activity. (ORS 30.671)
