2026 Farm Membership – Terms & Conditions

1. General Information
The Packer Orchards Farm Membership (“Membership”) provides admission and member benefits for the 2026 operating season. By purchasing or using a Farm Membership, the member agrees to all terms and conditions listed below.

2. Admission & Usage
A Farm Membership grants unlimited regular admission during regular operating hours to events at Packer Farm Place during the 2026 season.
Reservations are not required for Farm Membership holders during standard hours.
A Farm Membership does NOT include: After-hours events or experiences. Specially ticketed events (including Wine Nights and any separately priced programs)
Entry is subject to farm capacity, safety regulations, and operating hours posted on PackerOrchards.com.

3. Membership Eligibility
A Farm Membership is required for all guests ages 2 and older. Children under 2 years old receive free admission. Farm Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the person named on the membership.

4. Verification & Identification
A photo ID may be required at check-in to verify membership. Packer Orchards reserves the right to deny entry if a membership appears to be used by someone other than the named member.

5. Membership Benefits
Farm Membership holders will receive their physical Membership Card during their first visit of the 2026 season. The Membership Card includes a set of single-use benefits (12 tulips, 12 sunflowers, animal feed, 1 pumpkin), and each benefit may only be redeemed one time. Membership Cards must be presented at the time of redemption. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards will not be replaced, and unused benefits will not be credited, refunded, or transferred. Membership benefits must be redeemed in person during the applicable seasonal windows.

6. Refunds, Transfers & Changes
All Farm Membership sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Memberships cannot be shared, split, upgraded, or downgraded. No refunds or credits will be issued due to: Weather, Farm closures or safety-related adjustments, Failure to attend events, Changes to event dates, hours, or programming

7. Weather, Closures & Operational Adjustments
Packer Orchards operates rain or shine unless conditions are unsafe. Packer Orchards may modify dates, hours, attractions, or activities at any time for operational, safety, or weather-related reasons. No refunds, extensions, or compensation will be provided for such adjustments.

8. Conduct & Safety
All guests must follow posted rules, safety instructions, and staff guidance at all times. Packer Orchards may revoke a Farm Membership without refund if a member engages in unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.

9. Liability
By entering the property, members acknowledge that farm activities involve inherent risks. Members voluntarily assume all risks associated with visiting Packer Orchards and agree that Packer Orchards is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage except where prohibited by law.

10. Updates to Terms
Packer Orchards may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will be posted on PackerOrchards.com and will apply to all Farm Membership holders.
